Capacities

The Betsy can accommodate up to 50 people for a seated buffet dinner on The Deck or family-style dinner in the B Bar.  Both areas hold up to 80 for cocktail receptions.

Food & Beverage

BLT Steak provides all catering needs at Indigo Dream – Ocean View Cliff.  A menu can be customized from our gourmet selection of passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres, signature entrees, salads & sides, and delectable array of desserts. Outside caterers are not permitted.  The Catering Department will handle special dietary needs as requested.

All beverages must be purchased through the Villa unless a corkage charge has been
arranged through the Catering Department.  All Bali Local Regulation and Local Laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption are strictly adhered to and
enforced.

Wedding Cakes

Please refer to our list of Preferred Vendors for wedding cakes.  Exceptions can be made, however client will assume any and all liability, and shall indemnify the Indigo Dream Villa, in all matters relating to the quality or condition of the product.  A cake cutting fee of $5 per person will be applied for all wedding cakes.

Beachfront Ceremonies

A beachfront ceremony can be arranged.  As the beach is public property, a proper permit must be secured through the Banjar or Head Village of Kutuh - Bali.  Our Manager of Events can assist you with the rental of white folding chairs on the beach for your ceremony and a small round table for your officiant.  You are responsible for any additional decor.  No electrical equipment at beach and rental of electricity will be chargeable.

Music and Entertainment

Acoustic live music and DJs are permitted at Indigo Dream Villa.  All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing The Betsy as additionally insured.  Full surround sound is available for ipods.

Decorations

Floral arrangements and decor can be provided for an additional charge. Should you choose to make these arrangements yourself, kindly supply us with a list of your vendors so that we may assist them in servicing your needs. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Indigo Dream Villa as additionally insured.

Venue Fees

The venue fee includes two hours of set up, a three hour event, and one hour of break down.  Additional time will be charged at a pre-negotiated hourly rate. All events on The Deck must end by midnight.
